Do you have a ton of airline or credit card points that you're hoping to redeem for flights? If so, this service is for you. We'll just need you to fill out the form at the bottom of this page so we can do a preliminary search without charge.
This service is NOT for you if:
- You have already bought tickets and would like our help. For that, you'll need Flight Monitoring.
- If you're looking for help searching for and ticketing your flights with money, then you'll need our Flight Planning service
Fill out the form below to have us do a preliminary search. If we think what you want is feasible, then including the 10% discount, we charge $112.50 each way per person. There is an additional $13.50 fee each way per person (including the discount) for travel beginning within 7 days. This is what our Award Travel service includes:
- Search for ways to use miles and points for flights based on your criteria
- Handle the complex transfers from credit cards to airline mileage programs for you
- Set alerts to know when to begin searching for award space for travel in the future
- Ticket flights using miles and points, arrange seat assignments, and get you everything you need to fly
- Create alerts to search for better options to open up after booking (additional charge applies)
- Provide options to purchase flights instead of using miles or to connect with mileage option at international gateway
After you're booked, you'll also receive all the benefits of our Flight Monitoring service. This includes the following:
- Answer questions you have about your flights before departure
- Send a pre-departure update with essential information
- Monitor your flights and broader airport and weather issues so we can assess the likelihood for delays to develop
- Track your aircraft on previous flights to ensure it's on time
- Prepare alternate flight options if delays look likely
- Work with you and the airline to get you rebooked in case of delay or cancellation
- Provide pricing on hotel/car/train options and book if airlines have nothing available
- Inform loved ones and travel companies about any delays so you don't have to
- Help with any lost baggage or damage claims that may arise
