What This Policy Covers

The privacy of our Clients is important to us so we have developed this policy to provide details as to what information we will collect in the course of performing services, and what choices Clients have relating to our use of that information. This policy addresses both information that we collect as a function of providing services to Clients, as well as information and privacy issues relating to the access and use of our website (the "Site"). that provide services other than the ones described here.

Information Collection and Use

Types of Information

Information can be either Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") or non-Personally Identifiable Information ("non-PII"). PII is information that directly identifies you and your travel companions (and any reference to "you" in this context shall be taken to include them), such as your name, address, email address, credit card and payment information, frequent traveler numbers, telephone numbers, personal itineraries and travel arrangements and the like. Non-PII is information that is not specifically associated with your identity, such as context information, records of what you click on while web browsing (such as a hyperlink), click-stream data, demographic and behavioral data, general information about travel arrangements that does not identify you personally, the IP address from which a website or ad is viewed or accessed, which articles you download, the ads you click on and how often, and generally other aggregate or statistical information that is not PII.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Except as provided in this policy, we will not disclose PII to third parties.

We collect PII from Clients in order to provide them with our services, including, without limitation, booking travel, contacting you about travel, billing, collection, and payment of fees owed to and from Clients. Such PII is used for the purpose of providing them with the services and to improve our services. We may also use your PII to offer you products and services that we believe might interest you, newsletters and emails about our services and the Site.

We use suppliers and service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to assist us in operating the Site and providing our services. We will need to share your PII with these vendors and service agencies. Our suppliers and service providers do not receive any right to use your PII beyond what is necessary to perform its obligations to provide the services.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information (non-PII)

We use the non-PII we collect to provide our services to you and other Clients. We may add non-PII from other sources to the non-PII that we collect for these purposes. This type of information is collected and tracked automatically as a function of your browser. If you do not want us to collect this non-PII you need to consult the documentation for your browser to determine how to turn off those functions. You should also be aware that third party sites and social media often collect and disseminate such information and that you need to confirm with each such site or social media service how to turn off that function.

We also use non-PII to track and analyze how our services and the Site are accessed. This type of non-PII is collected only in statistical form and used only in an aggregate manner; you are never personally identified or tied to such information. This aggregate data may be used by us and third party vendors to assist in the operation of our Site and our services and provided to Clients and other third parties to enable them to better understand the operation of our business, again only in aggregate form that will not contain any PII.
