This gives you direct access to our team, who’ll jump in immediately and start working on your travel mess. You’ll fill out a short form so we know what’s going on, then we get to work.
Booked through us already with Essential, Premium, or Elite?
You’re already covered. Day-of-travel support is included — just work directly with your team!
If this is your first time hearing about us, let’s make it your last time needing Urgent Assistance. You’ll get a $25 credit toward future flight planning. Use it within a year and we’ll be proactively monitoring your flights next time.*
*assuming you buy an Essential, Premium or Elite package.
A Few FAQs:
Q: Is this refundable if you can’t fix it?
A: No. We will do everything in our power and spend as much time as needed to solve the problem, so you’re paying for our time and access, even if we can’t get the result you want.
Q: Is this per person or per booking?
A: Per traveler. If you’re a group of 3, that’s 3 x $175.
Q: Do you book tickets for me?
A: If needed, yes, we can arrange new tickets — but any new airfare cost would be your responsibility.
Q: Do I need to have used you before?
A: Nope. Doesn’t matter who you are. If you need help, we’ve got you.
